Ive found it works in a lot of insta...LOL, thanks. Ive found it works in a lot of instances...<BR/><BR/>I was making a bay window as one family, but wanted to schedule the individual windows. But i couldnt nest a window family (as the default window template insists on being hosted by system walls), so i built the stand alone windows as Generic Model Families, then changed their catagories to Windows (and shared for scheduling purposes). Works well. <BR/><BR/>I didnt anticipate needing it to get a door in the tower, and i was disappointed, as then i have a seperate door family to maintain. But whatever works?
